By stacking the cubes in order, the numbers from 1 to 10 and their equivalent star counts on the opposite face are revealed from top to bottom. On the other two faces, animals are depicted in two different postures. There's a little surprise: the top of each cube can also be used to recreate a scene (place the cubes side by side, from largest to smallest). Since the cubes are nesting, they are easy to store after playtime.
